We’ll explore the powerful connection between gut health and menopause — looking at how digestion, mood, and energy are linked — and share how simple food swaps can ease bloating and support overall wellbeing.

The Women’s Society is a new women’s organisation founded in 2025. Marcham, Oxfordshire is the first location where we are building a community of likeminded women that enjoy networking and learning new skills through workshops and events. As the community builds we will be introducing more locations throughout the Oxfordshire and the UK.
