At The Women’s Society Oxfordshire, we believe in nurturing both connection and well-being. This September, we’re delighted to welcome Sammy Scott—an experienced yoga teacher and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach—as our keynote speaker for Burnout to Balance, an empowering evening dedicated to helping busy women find calm, confidence, and energy.

Who Is Sammy Scott?

Sammy’s wellness journey began in South Africa, where, as a busy mum and interior designer, she experienced chronic fatigue, digestive issues, anxiety, and jaw problems before discovering the transformative power of yoga.  After training in power vinyasa and qualifying with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York, she returned to the UK with a mission: to help women make simple lifestyle shifts that bring lasting health, balance, and joy.
